Welcome to the Ballard Barbell and Boxing Club! We offer personal training and personalized group training to help you reach your fitness goals.
At BBBC our only concern is to get you to where you want to be. We use a modularized approach to fitness incorporating boxing, weights, calisthenics, high intensity intervals, gymnastics and anything else that is effective to get you fit. Our sessions are focused on high intensity and functionality but the overall focus is on you, the athlete.

Every athlete, every person has a different goal. You may want to run long distance or get stronger, you may want to lose weight or tone up, you may be interested in learning to box or any number of other fitness goals. We recognize that everyone has something different that they want, and we want to tailor your experience to help you get it.
Pride in our product:
Our athletes are our product and we take pride in them. Progress is documented and celebrated, setbacks are analyzed and overcome and your training is constantly evaluated and refined. We will go to nearly any length to get you to where you want to go.
Not just a workout:
BBBC offers a variety of exercise options but that’s just one facet of what we do. We strive to be more of a community. Coming to the gym should be a good time and having fun is at the heart of what we do.
